We booked the Vintage Ice Cream Bike for our team summer party. It was a last minute booking but the team at Prestige were great - prompt responses to any correspondence. The cart looked great and fit right in with our funfair theme. The ice cream was delicious and there were a variety of flavours. We added extra servings on the day it was so popular! Lovely team to work with and a professional service - definitely recommend and will book again.

If I could do 6 stars I would. The team at Prestige Bouncy Castles were excellent from start to finish.
during the booking process, they supported and guided me through it all, in terms of budget and the varied services they could provide.
They catered for our corporate event (fast food trailer, ice cream, popcorn, slushies and candy floss), with 150+ people. the food was perfect, the deck chair hire was a great addition.. but the biggest hit with the children was the trampoline trailer and the inflatable basketball hoops, all booked under their advisement. and what great advice it was.
The team that came to site, were professional, friendly and very efficient. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and do it well they defiantly do.
I will 100% be using Prestige Bouncy Castles for any future events! top notch team, you were true amazing!

Extremely happy with our experience. Hired a bouncy castle for our engagement party. Was constantly kept updated with regards to delivery and collection. Friendly staff. Good quality castle (love the disco light and speakers). They set up the castle the evening before which meant one less thing to worry about on the day, and also let us keep it the following day FOC! Will definetly be hitting them up again for the wedding. Thank you very much!

Excellent, professional service throughout. Our bouncy castle arrived promptly at the arranged time and was quickly set up ahead of the party. Our daughter loved the triceratops bouncy castle, her favourite dinosaur, and the size was great to fit lots of kids on without being crowded. Prestige then arrived to collect the bouncy castle exactly when they said they would. I was a bit worried about timings as we had hired a hall for two hours and didn't have a lot of set up and break down time either side but Prestige were really helpful and reassured me with my booking that they would be there when needed, which was again confirmed the day before the party, and they did exactly that. I'd recommend them to anyone and will be back again next year.

I hired a bouncy castle for my son's 21st birthday party over the August bank holiday weekend. The service was superb - arrived on time, picked up on time. No fuss. Great job. And everyone from the little cousins to the grandmother (who is 75) had a great time bouncing. To confirm - we did order a castle that was suitable for all ages!!! Would absolutely recommend Prestige Bouncy Castles.

We hired a bouncy castle for my child's birthday party. The delivery man was very pleasant and efficient. I was impressed with the checks made when it had been set up. I think the price was very reasonable and I will definitely be using them again for parties.

Thank you so much to Asa, Mason and Nick for supporting our family fun day yesterday. The bouncy castle and slide were very much enjoyed by the children along with the candy floss, hook a duck and cork shooting -were popular and good fun. Service was great and delivered with humour and great care for the 'customers'. Brilliant service today!! We were holding a children's party at a day nursery and the bouncy castle we booked let us down half an hour before the party, Prestige were super helpful on the phone and got a bouncy castle to us as fast as they could. The delivery man was excellent and the children loved the bouncy castle. Thrilled with the service and will be using this reliable company again :).

Could not be more thrilled with the service and quality !! Arrived early !!! The bouncy castle was a great size and immaculate the candy floss and popcorn were just amazing and to make it even better the people who delivered set up and manned our daughters party were so lovely and provided an amazing service I'm so pleased thank you both soo soo much definitely will hire an recommend everywhere !!!
