Cancellation policy
All cancellations with Prestige Bouncy Castles, Funfair & Entertainment Hire Ltd must first be made over the phone during normal office hours by calling 07794762351 and in writing via email to: info@prestigebouncycastles.co.uk
All cancellations will be confirmed in writing via email and this must be kept as your proof of cancellation.
Cancellations cannot be taken by voicemail, text or any other methods.
Any deposit or payments made are non-refundable and would be lost in the event of cancellation.
Booking amendment requests require our approval for the change and is down to our discretion to whether the change is possible.
Approved booking ammendments incur additional processing charges starting from £49.95 and can vary depending on the change (for further information before booking and charges that apply contact us direct via email: info@prestigebouncycastles.co.uk)
Once an initial payment has been made to secure a booking the remaining balance must be paid and received by us no later than 7 days before the hire date.
Failure to make payment within the time limit may result in the booking being cancelled and loss of your initial payment.
Requests to remove items from a multi item booking will not reduce the price of the overall booking once your booking has already been confirmed.
Failed deliveries
It is important you ensure the set up area for your inflatable / bouncy castle hire is suitable e.g surface required and space required.
Access is vital, if the access to the set up area is unsuitable and the driver is unable to safely access the set up area this may result in a failed delivery.
It is important that as much detail as possible is provided regarding access to ensure a failed delivery does not occur.
We cannot under NO circumstance set up an inflatable / bouncy castle outdoors on any hard surface such but not limited to paving nor on artificial grass.
It is important you measure your gardens grassed area to ensure it can safely accommodate the inflatable / bouncy castle you want to book.
If you are unsure if your site and or access is suitable please contact us via email before booking.
This is due to safety, insurance purposes and relevant regulation that apply to inflatables / bouncy castles.
In the event of a "failed delivery" which can include but not limited to;
● unsuitable set up area (as defined above but not limited to)
● access is unsuitable for delivery and or is different than what is stated on the booking form.
● set up surface different than what is stated on the booking form
● no one at the address, sufficient efforts not made to ensure the driver knows you are in on arrival in the delivery time slot we assign which is sent via text message the day before.
The above can all result in a cancelled booking and no refund given.
Force Majeure
PRESTIGE BOUNCY CASTLES, FUNFAIR & ENTERTAINMENT HIRE LTD will not be liable for any failure or delay in our obligations where that failure or delays from cause is beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but not limited to: traffic, weather effecting delivery of equipment to a location by specified time, weather effecting use of equipment, power failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, explosion, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of war, governmental action, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disasters or anything else that is beyond our control.
If PRESTIGE BOUNCY CASTLES, FUNFAIR & ENTERTAINMENT HIRE LTD have to cancel due to Force Majeure any payments already made is non-refundable.
We can offer a new date for hire OR a voucher to use with us for the balance which is valid for up to 6 months.
We cannot refund the money already paid.
