How Do I Book With Prestige?

Booking with Prestige is quick and straightforward.

1) Browse our hire products through the website.

2) Select the inflatable, funfair ride or hire product you would like.

3) Click “BOOK ONLINE” and complete the booking form.

4) Once submitted, our team will review your booking and send a payment link via email.

How Much Notice Should I Give?

Our online booking system is available 24/7, however popular dates — especially weekends, bank holidays and school holidays — become fully booked quickly.

We always recommend booking as early as possible to secure the inflatable or attraction you really want.

How Does The Bouncy Castle Set-Up Work?

Our trained team delivers, installs and secures all inflatables for you.

Before your delivery arrives, please make sure:

• You have measured the space properly.

• Outdoor set-up areas are flat, clear and real grass only.

• Access routes are clear with no obstructions.

• All litter and pet waste has been removed.

• A nearby electrical power source is available.

Most inflatables take approximately 15–30 minutes to install depending on access and equipment size.

How Long Can We Keep The Equipment?

Customers choose preferred delivery and collection times during the booking process, subject to availability.

We also offer late collection and overnight hire options for selected products at an additional charge.

Collections after 6pm may incur additional fees.

For larger Funfair Rides & Attractions Hire and event packages we can travel nationwide across the UK. Please contact us directly for delivery pricing outside our standard areas.

Do You Have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes. All hire products are covered by £5,000,000 public liability insurance.

This covers issues relating to product faults or set-up faults resulting in injury.

Supervision of equipment remains the responsibility of the hirer and should always be carried out by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.

Are Your Inflatables Safety Tested?

Yes. Applicable inflatables are PIPA tested annually and maintained to high industry standards.

Relevant fairground attractions are also inspected under ADIPS testing schemes where required.

How Many People Can Use A Bouncy Castle?

Every inflatable has its own user capacity based on the size of the inflatable and the height of users.

This information is displayed on the product page and also provided on the inflatable during hire.

Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use.
